Description

Stand-alone sports bra or a loose fitting overlay tank or dress. The tank can be finished with either a hem, a drawstring or a band. All options include choice of t-back or strappy back style and nursing access. The overlay has two arm heights. The higher option hits right above the bottom of the bra so that no skin shows. The lower arm option has sides that are scooped lower to show skin under the arms, but you’re still modestly covered at the beach.

Suggested Fabrics

The bra portion requires knit fabric with at least 50% stretch. Lycra blends such as polyester, cotton, and nylon will work well. The tank/dress requires knit fabric with at least 50% stretch. I highly recommend a wick-away jersey/Lycra blend.

3/4” elastic for bra (27-37″ suggested)
3/8” elastic
– Strappy back – 3-4 yards
– T-back – 2.5-3 yards (optional)
