Suitability

This pattern is suited for all stages of maternity and post-partum – trimesters 1, 2, 3, & 4
The A-line and the swing dress can be worn during early maternity.
Tee, tunic, and dresses all have a maternity-specific option for late maternity.

Description

Cowl neck top available as slim fit tee, tunic, A-line dress, and swing dress all with ruched side maternity option. Pockets are available in the swing dress and the shirt and tunic can have a banded bottom.

Suggested Fabrics

This pattern requires knit fabric with at least 50% stretch. Lycra blends such as brushed polyester, rayon, and ITY will work well for the shirt, tunic, and the dress.

Notions

1/4″ Washaway Wonder Tape (recommended but optional)
1/4″ clear elastic (highly recommended for structural support in the shoulders and sleeveless facing) 1/4″ or 3/8″ elastic for optional ruching of side seams (non-maternity version)
